Delete your account

You can permanently delete your QuoteProof account and all of its data at any time. There is no recovery window — deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Delete it yourself (fastest)

• Sign in to QuoteProof.
• Go to Settings → Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Open Settings (you'll be asked to sign in).

What gets deleted

• Your account and login.
• Your business settings, rates and suppliers.
• Every job, quote and proof report on your account.
• All job photos.
• Any crew roster you created.

Shared quote, proof and booking links stop working immediately. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription: cancel billing from Settings in your web account (Stripe) to stop future charges.

What we keep, and for how long

Nothing of your business data is kept. We retain only anonymous, aggregate usage counts (which contain no name, address, photo or job detail) and any billing records our payment processors are legally required to keep for tax purposes. Backups roll off within 30 days.

Prefer we do it?

Email support@otechlabs.io from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll remove it within 30 days.
