Delete your account

You can permanently delete your QuoteProof account and all of its data at any time. There is no recovery window — deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Delete it yourself (fastest)

• Sign in to QuoteProof.
• Go to Settings → Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Open Settings (you'll be asked to sign in).

What gets deleted

• Your account and login.
• Your business settings, rates and suppliers.
• Every job, quote and proof report on your account.
• All job photos.
• Any crew roster you created.

Shared quote, proof and booking links stop working immediately. Active subscriptions are not auto-cancelled by deletion — cancel Apple subscriptions in your Apple ID settings, or web subscriptions from Settings, to stop future billing.

Prefer we do it?

Email support@quoteproof.dev from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll remove it within 30 days.
