These Terms govern your use of QuoteProof, operated by Otech Labs LLC. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for your account, the accuracy of the rates and details you enter, and the quotes and proof reports you send to your clients. Keep your login secure.

Quotes are yours

QuoteProof's AI drafts quotes and summaries from your photos and notes as a starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing and setting every price, scope and number before you send anything to a client. We make no warranty that an AI draft is accurate or complete.

Subscriptions & billing

QuoteProof offers a paid Pro plan. On iOS, Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple In-App Purchase, billed to your Apple ID; it renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. On the web, Pro is billed through Stripe and managed from Settings. A free tier and, where offered, a trial let you use core features without paying.

Acceptable use

Don't use QuoteProof to break the law, upload content you don't have the right to, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Otech Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
